If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support@aegispeptides.com within 48 hours after delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the shipping package and product, and any other reasonably requested information. Do not discard the product or packaging until we complete our review.
If we confirm a qualifying problem, our remedy may be replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion and subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for issues caused by delayed retrieval, improper storage, unauthorized use, mishandling, or damage after delivery.
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. Once processing has begun, the order may no longer be cancelable. Payment provider charges or nonrecoverable transaction fees may be deducted only where permitted by law and disclosed to you.
