MOTS-c (Mitochondrial Open Reading Frame of the 12S rRNA Type-c) is a mitochondrial-derived peptide studied for metabolic enhancement, improved insulin sensitivity, increased glucose utilization, fat metabolism support, exercise performance optimization, and cellular energy production.
DOSING PROTOCOLS
Metabolic Optimization: 1mg injected 3x weekly (Mon/Wed/Fri) for 4–6 weeks. Break 2–4 weeks before repeating.
Performance / Fat Metabolism: 5mg injected 2x weekly for 4 weeks. Often used on training days. Insulin Sensitivity / Longevity: 0.5–1mg injected 2x weekly for 6 weeks.
INJECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Route: Subcutaneous injection. Preferred Area: Abdomen (2 inches from navel). Rotate injection sites. Inject slowly.
