Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) supplied as a sterile, lyophilized white powder in single-use 3mL glass vials. Each vial contains Ipamorelin Acetate (5mg or 10mg) with no preservatives.

Mechanism of action
Ipamorelin binds to growth hormone secretagogue receptors (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary gland, promoting physiologic pulsatile GH release with minimal impact on cortisol and prolactin levels.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water. 5mg vial: Add 2mL bacteriostatic water. 10mg vial: Add 3mL bacteriostatic water. Inject diluent slowly against vial wall. Do not shake. Gently swirl until dissolved.

Storage
Before reconstitution: Store at 2–8°C (36–46°F). After reconstitution: Refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Protect from light. Do not freeze after mixing.
Reconstitution
